This a video of the basic work out I will do tomorrow morning. I plan on adding a set of 10 inverted rows before each exercise, and I will add an additional regular set to each exercise before the failure set. Tomorrow is Friday, and I love my back and biceps workouts! Today was a super long day, but tomorrow should be just fine :-) Getting my CPR/AED certification tomorrow, so I just need to write my essays for my ISSA personal trainer course. Super excited! However these last couple days have been terribly long, so I'm also super tired. Good night!
